Some issues related to the training of personnel in the field of labor migration and improving their qualifications (On the Example of Uzbekistan)

Abstract. The article analyzes the activities of sectoral state bodies on migration in Uzbekistan, examines the current state of training and advanced training of personnel for these state bodies, identifies existing problems and suggests ways to eliminate them. The necessity of a special approach to the training of personnel working directly in the field of labor migration in the country, and the prospects of studying in law schools based on special curricula, as well as the features of the system and programs of educational sciences are revealed. In addition, the experience of foreign countries in training and advanced training of personnel for sectoral government agencies was studied and proposals and recommendations were developed aimed at improving the process of effective organization of the system of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for the field of migration.
