ECONOMIC LEGAL PROCEDURES IN THE PROTECTION OF FLORA

The article describes the issues of the legal order of economic elements present in the use of flora objects. The scientific and theoretical opinions of scientists were also expressed, the environmental and legal status of the protection and use of the flora, which is one of the natural resources, the use of the economic mechanism, the analysis of regulatory legal documents expressing responsibility for violation of the economic mechanism, payments, fees, their regulatory sphere, are presented analytical data.
