THE REASONS FOR COMMITTING A CRIME IN A STATE OF STRONG MENTAL EXCITEMENT AND ISSUES OF ITS PREVENTION

In this article, the author highlighted the reasons for committing a crime in a state of strong mental excitement and the specifics of issues of its prevention. The author notes that victimological prevention of crimes committed in the event of an attack should be aimed, first of all, at immediate intervention in a conflict situation arising between the participants, at normalizing the conflict situation between them, as well as at carrying out preventive work with persons with increased malice. According to the article, affect is studied primarily as a psychological concept.
