DIGITAL OBJECTS IN THE DOCTRINE OF CITIZENSHIP AND PROBLEMS OF THEIR UNDERSTANDING

The subject of research in this article is the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal qualification of digital property - digital online objects, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, etc. in Uzbekistan and abroad. Digital property is viewed through the prism of the concept of "asset" / "economic asset", fixed in domestic and foreign legislation and doctrine. The article examines the movement of these digital objects in civil circulation, their legal status, description. The author analyzed the legal description of the objects of the digital world on the basis of national and foreign experience and analyzed the need to find them as separate independent objects in the civil legislation.
