ELEMENTS, MEANS AND METHODS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS

Abstract: This article reveals various interpretations and approaches to determining the content of the concept of “mechanism”. The features and structure of the types of organizational and economic mechanism, economic mechanism, economic mechanism and management mechanism are considered. Factors influencing the development of enterprises engaged in hotel services are studied. Various management methods in the field of hotel business are formulated.
