USE OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF EDUCATORS

This article discusses the main structural components of the innovative culture of the educator of preschool education, the methodological culture of the teacher, his information culture, innovative activities. The description of the motivational, intellectual and activity-practical spheres of pedagogical professional practice is an indicator of the educator's understanding of the importance of innovations as the basis of his professional activity and the level of its implementation. Innovative motives should be reflected in the teacher's need to enrich the knowledge system, to improve their activities through the systematic implementation of pedagogical innovations in professional activities, and to have gnostic skills, pedagogical design skills, information skills.
