FEATURES OF USE OF BUSINESS PROCESSES THAT SIMPLIFY THE ORGANIZATION OF THE WORK OF THE ENTERPRISE

<em>The article is devoted to increasing the level of development and promotion of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of the effective organization of their work through the use of simplification of business processes.</em> <em>The article analyzes, analyzes and describes the possibilities of successful implementation of the process approach in the management and organization of business processes, improving work efficiency, reducing time and costs, as well as existing problems.</em> <em>Based on the results of the analysis carried out by the author</em><em>s</em><em>, directions for implementing the process approach in the management and organization of business processes are proposed.</em>
