<strong>Annotation:</strong> <em>The article discusses the relationship between the inotropic effects of the alkaloids 15-hydroxyazometine atysine (15-GAA) and acetoxyazometine atysine (15-AAA) isolated from a plant belonging to the genus Aconitum zeravshanicum with their structures, as well as the mechanisms underlying their positive and negative inotropic activity.</em>
