PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL TERMS

The article reveals the features of the interpretation of legal terminology. The result of the analysis shows that the author comes to the conclusion about presence of some features of the lexical reflection of the process and results of interpretation in the text of normative legal acts and doctrinal sources. The purpose of this study is to reveal the main problems of studying legal terminology.
