THE EFFECT OF UTERINE FIBROIDS ON THE COURSE OF PREGNANCY AND THE OUTCOME OF CHILDBIRTH
Аннотация
In recent years, the frequency of pregnancy in women with fibroids has increased, namely among women of older reproductive age. The presence of fibroids leads to complications of pregnancy and childbirth, often accompanied by the development of fetoplacental insufficiency and the threat of termination of pregnancy. We conducted a prospective study in 74 pregnant women. The age of the examined ranged from 22 to 42 years and averaged 34.19±0.8 years. Studies have shown that uterine fibroids are more common in women of reproductive age with a tendency to rejuvenate this pathology. In most cases, the delivery of women with uterine fibroids is carried out surgically: 91.67% ended with urgent labor, and 8.33% with premature birth. Only in 7 (11.7%) pregnant women of group 2, the weight of children corresponded to grade 1 hypotrophy. In 2 cases, in women with premature birth, the cause of which was a violation of the node nutrition, the newborns were transferred to the second stage of nursing.
