Аннотация
This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of staff shortages as part of the equal opportunities policy in attracting experienced and professional staff to local authorities and private sector networks and retaining existing staff. Based on the results of the research, conclusions and proposals were developed.The uniqueness of this article is that it offers an innovative method that serves to increase the work efficiency of employees, which is not found in the public organizations and private sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
