THE UNDERGROUND INDUSTRY OF TURKESTAN AT THE END OF THE 19TH CENTURY AND THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY

The article describes the introduction of the railway to Turkestan in the middle of the 19th century and its role in the industry. Due to the limited policy of the tsar's government, the lack of capital, and the lack of proper implementation of geological exploration in the country, these sectors did not develop as much in the economy of Central Asia.
