Diagnostic and Control System for Increasing the Efficiency of Solar Panel Based on Microprocessor Elements

In this paper, the diagnostic and control device is improved in order to increase the efficiency of solar panels and the efficiency of the solar power plant based on microprocessor elements. The device is built on the basis of microcontroller elements, and it is possible to control each of the parameters of the solar station panels separately. The motors of the panels are adapted to work on the basis of solar motion sensors and a control device is connected to it. A modern inverter converter has been developed to transfer the electricity from the solar panel to consumers without losses. In order to increase the service life of helium batteries in the system, a control module for power, current and voltage parameters was created. The developed control and monitoring device was used to convert solar energy into electrical energy as a backup for railway power supply. Analytical graphs of electricity consumption reduction due to solar panels used in Crossings are presented. Reliability of the control and control system and resistance to electrification were studied and recommendations for the use of the system were developed.
