THE ESSENCE OF THE STATE POLICY IN RESPECT OF YOUTH IN ENSURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL SOCIETY

It is easy to see that the study of youth policy is of scientific interest not only for understanding the problems of a given social group, but also for explaining the prospects for the development of the whole society, monitoring the changes that occur during the exchange of generations on the basis of scientific analysis, penetrating the mechanism of social reproduction, understanding the patterns of ongoing events, and therefore to carry out their reasonable forecast. This requires a holistic approach aimed at defining the relationship of young people with society in all its forms and manifestations. The article analyzes the role and essence of the state youth policy in the history of Uzbekistan in ensuring the development of civil society, analyzes the issue of institutionalization.
