NON-GOVERNMENT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AS SUBJECTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW: SOME ISSUES OF STATE REGISTRATION

In recent years, concrete measures have been taken to support non-governmental non-profit organizations, which are the main institutions of civil society, create conditions for them, ensure freedom of activity, strengthen social partnership between State bodies and them, and improve the legal framework governing this area. To increase the role of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the decentralization of public administration based on the concepts of “Compact and effective public administration” and “Good governance” in the world, to expand the participation of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the field of services provided by the state based on the theory of "Service to the state", to increase the participation of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the implementation of social projects, improving the trends of increasing innovative methods. Therefore, an important task is to study the position of non-governmental non-profit organizations as subjects of administrative law from a scientific and theoretical point of view. It is also important to study the participation of non-governmental non-profit organizations in relations related to administrative procedures.
