In this article, the author, on the basis of factual material, analyzes the socio-political system of the ancient state structure, the ancient laws that existed, punishments for crimes committed, and the rules of relationships described in the holy book "Avesta." All of the above serves as additional material in the study of the history of the development of the state and law.
