RESPECTING THE HONOR AND DIGNITY OF A PERSON IN CONDUCTING CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

In the article, the author analyzes and develops scientific and practical proposals on prohibited actions in proving the principle of respect for the honor and dignity of the individual and its significance in criminal proceedings, the peculiarities of morality and spirituality, the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international legal acts related to respect for the honor and dignity of the individual, according to which evidence obtained in violation of the rights of the suspect and the accused for defense, cannot be taken as the basis of the accusation.
