APPLICATION OF COMPLEX PHYSIOTHERAPY METHODS TO THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM DORSOPATHY

<strong>Purpose</strong>: Permanent disturbances of microcirculation and metabolism in the region of the spinal cord movement segment are one of the main reasons for insufficient delivery of drugs to the affected structures of the spine during drug therapy in patients. Taking this into account, we aimed to optimize complex apparatus physiotherapy in patients with neurological manifestations in dorsopathies of the neck and lumbar spine through complex and pathogenetically oriented treatment. <strong>Material and methods: </strong>The dorsapathy is based on the results of treatment of 225 patients with reflex and reflex-radicular manifestations of dorsopathy of the cervical and lumbar vertebrae, who were at the outpatient stage of treatment. Patients incldorsapatiyaed 136 men (mean age 54±8.9 years) and 89 women (mean age 51±7.8 years). <strong>Results: </strong>Our research in patients with dorsapathy showed optimization of the psycho-emotional state according to Spielberger-Hanin test, SAN test and VAS scale. <strong>Conclusions. </strong>Physiotherapy with combined equipment can increase therapeutic efficiency by 25- 30% compared to monotherapy. More significant positive results were achieved with the combined use of alternating magnetic storm and light vacuum pulse therapy at the cervicothoracic level and ultrasound with neurological manifestations of SD.
