OZONE THERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF PREGNANT WOMEN WITH FETOPLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY

<strong>Objective: </strong>Improving the management of pregnant women with fetoplacental insufficiency using ozone therapy. <strong>Methods: </strong>in 2020-2022 in 38 women with chronic fetoplacental insufficiency, who applied to the maternity ward of the multidisciplinary clinic No. 1 of the SamSMU, the course of pregnancy was studied and the effectiveness of including ozone therapy in complex treatment was evaluated. <strong>Results: </strong>about a third of women in each group had a combined extragenital pathology, a high frequency of infections, a burdened obstetric and gynecological history, complications of this pregnancy were observed in all women with FPI. The results of laboratory and instrumental examination also confirmed this diagnosis and did not reveal a statistical difference between the groups. Post-treatment tests showed a significant positive trend in blood counts and biochemical analysis after complex treatment in patients of the first group compared to the second. <strong>Conclusions. </strong>Thus, timely complex therapy of FPI using ozone therapy methods contributes to the correction of changes in the blood coagulation system and the normalization of hemostasiological parameters, biochemical parameters.
