REGARDING SOME ASPECTS OF THE USE OF THE TIR CARNET IN THE FOREIGN TRADE OF UZBEKISTAN

This article contains some scientific and practical considerations related to the use of the TIR Carnet. In particular, the article analyzes taking into account the process of digitalization of the existing transport and logistics system on a global scale. In the process of analysis, attention is paid to retrospective and prospective aspects of the processes associated with the application of TIR. ased on the results of the analysis, practical proposals are given from the point of view of the interests of Uzbekistan.
