ON THE TYPICAL SCHEMES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE STATE FOREST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

The need to improve the organization of public administration in regulated areas of public relations arises constantly.First of all, this is due to the streamlining and systematization of state functions and public services performed by public authorities within the limits of their competencies, and the structure of the internal organization of such a body (organizational structure) should be aimed at the optimal and effective implementation of powers by its structural elements.The current law enforcement practice in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in organizing the structures of state bodies authorized in the field of forest relations is diverse and contradictory.In this regard, it is advisable to introduce into the organizational systems of state forest management standard models of executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation exercising delegated powers in the field of forest relations, which are developed by the authors and presented in this article.
