Intelligent Internet Communication for Mobile Tourism Applications A Systematic Mapping
Аннотация
This study was an attempt to analyze the advancements and shifts in mobile tourism communication with the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), topic modeling, and cross-sectional dataset analysis and to project a systematic mapping method applicable to identify user preferences and decision-making processes. Using a multi-criteria decision-making approach with computational knowledge in this study, an integrated ranking framework was computed and classified into multiple levels of user interaction. During the process, a set of key criteria were selected (here, user experience optimization, content personalization, and real-time interactive services) together with the degree of innovation in sustainability of tourism applications. The proposed work also intends to evaluate and advance in-depth research using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to discover, analyze, and present an accessible overview of the trends surrounding the numerous influencing factors involved with the use of intelligent Internet communication. This research will contribute significantly to addressing the ongoing challenges of the tourism industry's population in their use of communication methods in various mobile applications by addressing technical scalability limitations, demographic differences, and other usability barriers. It will also help to bridge the gap between technology developers and the end-user population by addressing accessibility concerns. By giving attention to this evolving field, this piece of research will provide a better foundation for how to enhance and overcome the usability gap of communication features among mobile tourism applications from several perspectives.
