Аннотация

The article develops the design of cotton purifier pegs on an elastic base. Based on the results of the analysis of the dynamics of the interaction of the fiber with impurities, a new approach to modeling the cleaning process has been developed, taking into account the geometric characteristics of the contact of the impurity with the fiber layer and the frequency of the action of the working elements on the fibrous layer. Dynamic and mathematical models of the interaction of impurities with fiber are obtained, which makes it possible to analyze the influence of the system of basic parameters on the efficiency of the cleaning process. Studies, calculations and experimental modeling have shown that an unlimited increase in the vibration of impurities is possible for their separation at a certain calculated frequency and amplitude of external influences on the fiber being cleaned.
