Development of Guimaras State University knowledge base for ict technical support: Notionas knowledge management tool
Аннотация
This paper presents the development of the Knowledge Base for Guimaras State University containing the ICTTechnical Support that were scattered and unreused as there is nocentral site that contains all the technical support information of the university. This study made use of the Notion as a Knowledge Management Tool and developed a Knowledge Base with basic components of FAQs, How-to-Guide and Basic Troubleshooting guide and applied the four elements of Knowledge management which is to capture, share, store and transfer. The result shows that the Notion has the feature to support knowledge management and recommended for further study encouraging to load more knowledge in the developed knowledge base for deploymentin the university.
