TRACING THE LINGUISTIC JOURNEY OF GEOLOGICAL TERMS - A PHILOLOGICAL STUDY OF STRATIGRAPHY AND MINERALOGY

The paper discusses the etymological history of "stratigraphy" and "mineralogy," two critical geological terms, from their ancient roots in Latin and Greek to modern times.
