Аннотация

The article presents an innovative approach to the design of a bubble absorption device aimed at enhancing the purification of gases emitted from production enterprises. This device targets the efficient removal of dispersed particles and gas mixtures by significantly improving the interaction between the gas and the absorbent liquid. Through rigorous theoretical studies, the authors derived a critical equation that calculates the optimal height of the gas cushion, denoted as “h.” This parameter is essential, as it guarantees uniform gas distribution across the mixing stages of the device, facilitating operation in a stable hydrodynamic mode. Such stability is vital for achieving high cleaning efficiency and consistent performance. Furthermore, the insights gained from this research allow for the precise calculation of gas consumption within the device and aid in the design of an effective gas distribution nozzle. The implications of this work extend to improving environmental compliance in industrial settings and enhancing overall operational efficiency in gas treatment processes.
