HUBUNGAN SIKAP KERJA DENGAN KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 DI RUANG INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSUD Dr. HARJONO S. PONOROGO

Introduction: At this time, where the trend of Covid cases is declining, there are stillmany health workers who do not fully use PPE when handling Covid 19 patients directly onthe grounds that they have had vaccines or are complicated in using PPE. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the relationship between work attitude and adherence to the use of PPEamong health workers during the Covid 19 Pandemic in the Emergency Room at RSUD Dr.Harjono S. Ponorogo. Method: The design of this research is correlational analytic with crosssectional approach. This research was conducted in Emergency Room of RSUD Dr. HarjonoS. Ponorogo with a total population of 45 health workers. The sampling technique uses thetotal sampling technique with a sample of 45 respondents. The variables studied were theWork Attitude of Health Workers and Compliance with the Use of PPE. The instrument usedis a questionnaire.
