THE IMPORTANCE OF REGULATIONS WHEN ORGANIZING STUDENT FOOTBALL COMPETITIONS AND THE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAINING PROCESSES BASED ON THEM

This article highlights the importance of regulations (charters) when organizing student football competitions and the proper implementation of training processes based on them. Organizing training sessions according to the number of participants determined during the competition effectively improves the technical, tactical, and physical fitness of players. At the same time, the importance of organizing the training process, properly distributing physical loads, intensifying training, developing internal motivation and endurance of athletes in competitions is emphasized.
