IDEOLOGICAL AND CONCEPTUAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENHANCING YOUTH RESPONSIBILITY IN ENSURING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the ideological and conceptual technologies aimed at enhancing youth responsibility in ensuring the sustainable development of New Uzbekistan. It discusses the policies implemented by the government to strengthen the role of young people as active contributors to national progress. As emphasized by the President, youth represent a powerful force for the future; however, their worldview and sense of responsibility are still developing, making education and upbringing crucial in shaping their role in society. The study highlights the importance of ideological technologies in shaping youth consciousness, promoting national unity, patriotism, and democratic values. Additionally, it examines the impact of government policies, legislative measures, and various programs designed to empower young people as key drivers of social and economic development.
