Economic and Ethical-Aesthetic Values in Developing Youth Economic Activity Based on a Culture of Healthy Competition
Аннотация
Economic empowerment of young people stands as a vital national progress factor during present global development especially in transforming socio-economic societies. The New Uzbekistan seeks to use youth economic potential through a difficult process of blending ethical-aesthetic norms into business conduct which faces competition from global markets and popular culture. Research on youth economic activities and competitions exists but studies about responsible youth entrepreneurism through the combination of moral principles and aesthetic standards with digital impacts remain scarce. This paper examines youth economic activity within a healthy competition environment through methodological and theoretical approaches along with ethical-aesthetic foundations that validate both structural elements and individuals' internal values. The research outcome demonstrates that moral and aesthetic criteria shape economic output quality and sustainability but ethical disorders trigger social and economic breakdowns. The combination of technological progress and moral development requires a value-based system for entrepreneurship in the digital age. The study combines economic behavior analysis with ethical management and technological development for fostering youth growth as cultural participants who demonstrate social responsibility. National development requires policymakers and educators together with community leaders to align youth development programs with ethical and aesthetic training methods for minimizing socioeconomic risks and fostering constructive citizen participation.
