CHEMICAL COMPOSITION ANALYSIS OF THE TURNIP LEAF (BRASSICA RAPA L.)

The article presents information on the world distribution, species, varieties, chemical composition and medicinal properties of the plant white turnip Brassica Rapa L. The amount of macro- and microelements in the leaves of white turnip, which is common and grows in Uzbekistan, China and the USA, was determined, compared and analyzed in order to identify the largest amount. It was found that white turnip leaves contain healing minerals.
