SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF THE IMAGES OF THE GIANT AND THE LITTLE OLD WOMAN IN FOLK FOLK LITERATURE

In this article, one of the brightest and most interesting images in Uzbek folk oral creativity, dev and yalmogiz are devoted to analyzing the origin, features, functions and semantic essence of the old woman's images. In the course of the study, the manifestation of these images in Uzbek fairy tales and epics, their cultural codes and archetypes, as well as their interpretation in modern culture are considered.
