Аннотация

Developments in drying technologies, including the use of microwave (MW) methods, have led to new opportunities for improving energy efficiency and product quality. This paper focuses on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize the control of the drying process using ultra-high frequency electromagnetic fields. We investigate the mathematical modeling method and experimental setup for microwave drying, as well as the potential role of AI in automating this process. The article discusses the application of artificial intelligence in controlling the process of drying materials through mathematical modeling, physical and technical principles of microwave heating, description of the developed experimental setup, planning of experiments, as well as analysis of the influence of various parameters (mass, size of pieces, radiation power) on the kinetics of the dehydration process. The main goal is to develop artificial intelligence in the management of the material drying process, ensuring the achievement of optimal technological indicators with minimal energy costs and maintaining product quality.
