Description and characteristics of arterial hypertension in a population of different ages, in women and men, as well as aboriginal and migrant groups (based on the results of the 31-year prospective monitoring)
Аннотация
Arterial hypertension, hypertensive disease, hypertensive state, hypertensive crisis and the hypertensive continuum associated with them are one of the important medical, social and economic problems of the healthcare system, “…all groups of the population around the world are suffering from this pandemic…” . The direct or indirect (through their risk factors) relationship between pre-hypertensive state/arterial hypertension and cardiovascular system remodeling has been proven in clinical and experimental studies. The provision of high-quality cardiological medical services to the population in Uzbekistan has radically improved, modern methods of effective treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including pre-hypertensive state, are being implemented. However, despite the specific measures taken in healthcare, there are still urgent and problematic issues that are awaiting their solution in the regions, including in the field of preventive cardiology/hypertension. At the international level, targeted scientific work is being consistently carried out to study the origin and epidemiology of arterial hypertension, its regional formation in more in-depth prospective studies in different population groups, as well as to identify/distinguish the role of risk factors in the mechanism of its development. Such studies cover important medical, preventive and pharmacotherapeutic areas, such as, first of all, a broad analysis of the causes of the disease in hypertensive cases, proving the preventive and diagnostic significance of many risk factors in its early detection, or assessing the relationship between general and regional risk factors and epidemiological indicators of hypertensive cases. At the same time, research on the introduction of new regionally significant and effective preventive diagnostic methods based on general epidemiological patterns and risk factors, and the development of individual (regional) approaches to early detection of hypertensive cases and their treatment/control are of great importance.
