Аннотация

Improving English grammar is crucial to English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction. GrammatiCoach is a breakthrough system that combines context-aware NLP algorithms to provide ESL students with detailed and individualized grammar feedback. The present research introduces GrammatiCoach to viewers. For specifics, use the Write & Improve + LOCNESS (W&I+LOCNESS) dataset, which contains many student essays with corrected grammar and varying skill levels. GrammatiCoach provides personalized feedback based on each student's level of proficiency, phrase meaning, and most prevalent errors. A transformer-and-attention model helps it understand each sentence. GrammatiCoach scored 62.8% on the F-test, 11.4% higher than baseline grammar correction models. GrammatiCoach scored this in our testing. This demonstrates how effectively it provides accurate, situation-appropriate input. It had 49.7% recall and 72.3% precision. After four weeks of classroom ESL instruction, students' grammatical accuracy increased by 22%, and their writing confidence increased by 17%. According to these findings, GrammatiCoach may help students learn grammar more efficiently in both traditional and online classes.
