Assessment of Business Impact and Effectiveness of AI Chatbots in Uzbekistan's E-Commerce

Business effect and effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots in Uzbekistan's e- business are assessed in this research. Mixed method is used in the current research including literature review, data analysis, and interviewing experts, members of leading online companies. Research explores the contribution of AI towards efficiency in operation, customer care, and economy growth, with focus on SME readiness. Cross-country comparison with other emerging economies is conducted to benchmark the experience of Uzbekistan with that of other emerging economies. The results show that AI chatbot adoption is linked with cost savings, customer satisfaction, and business scalability. And once again, there is still much to be done in terms of digital literacy, infrastructure, and integration. The study confirms that AI chatbots can potentially be some of the drivers of digital transformation for Uzbekistan's e-commerce and a spur to mass economic modernization.
