Investigation of current and future potential distribution of Pamir-Alay endemic species of Astragalus knorringianus (Fabaceae)
Аннотация
Astragalus knorringianus Boriss., a rare endemic species found in Northwest Pamir-Alay, was analyzed using the MaxEnt model and ArcGIS software, with participation from 14 distribution points and 19 bioclimatic variability trends. A methodological algorithm for bioclimatic modeling was developed in this study. The study found that the suitable habitat for A. knorringianus is located in the Nurata, Aktau, Zarafshan, and Turkestan ridges. The study assigned scores of 0.8 to 0.99 for highly suitable habitats, 0.6 to 0.8 for moderately suitable habitats, and 0.4 to 0.6 for poorly suited habitats. The study's results indicate that plantations can be created in the Nurata, Zarafshan, and Turkestan ridges based on the bioecological characteristics of the species and the MaxEnt modeling. The study aims to predict the distribution dynamics of A. knorringianus in the context of climate change and to develop early measures to prevent the risk and impact of biological barriers.
