THE EFFECT OF SAFFLOR ON MORPHOFUNCTIONAL CHANGES IN RAT LYMPH NODES DURING PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO CARBON DIOXIDE
Аннотация
Resume. Correction of chronic carbon monoxide poisoning with the infusion of the plant "Safflower" led to a decrease in the enlargement of the lymph nodes of the experimental animals. Almost all animals of the experimental group showed an expansion of the contours of all lymph nodes and a decrease in the signs of stagnation of lymphatic fluid, as well as varicose deformations due to the expansion of their spaces. The appearance of varicose capillaries with preserved unevenness of contours decreased, erythrocytes in the parenchyma of the lymph nodes were not visualized. In some micropreparations, dystrophically changed capillaries and intraorgan lymph nodes with preserved contours were not detected. In chronic carbon monoxide poisoning, experimental rats that received a decoction of the plant "Safflower" showed various positive changes in the morphology of the lymph nodes, a decrease in lymphatic and venous congestion, and a decrease in lymphostasis. Morphological images showed the elimination of various types of enlargements due to a decrease in the expansion of lymphatic vessels in all anatomical structures of the lymph node.
