INTERNATIONAL TREATIES – THE CHALLENGES OF THE MULTILATERAL TREATY SYSTEMS

This article analyzes the challenges of multilateral international treaty-making. It focuses on key issues such as implementation, state consent, conflicting interests, and ratification processes.
