Criterion for the Solvability of the Cauchy Problemfor the Biharmonic Equation in $$\mathbb {R}^3$$and Analytic Continuation of the Solution

We study the solvability of the problem on the analytic continuation of the solution of the biharmonic equation in a spatial domain based on the values of the solution itself and its partial derivatives of order $$ \le 3$$ given on part of the boundary of the domain.
