Comparative Analysis of the Reliability of Network Topologies of Cadastral Systems of Telecommunications Facilities

The article will give a comparative analysis of the network topology deployed in cadastral system of telecommunications facilities in terms of reliability. Solutions and architecture inspected. Differences between topologies are given in the form of analytical dependencies, graphs and tables. It mainly addresses the implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan because the demands of system resilience are growing as a result of digitalization and the geographical spread of infrastructure. The paper suggests a more effective analysis method, which will integrate traditional indicators of reliability (KA, MTBF, MTTR) with the new ones (network topology modeling). The reliability can be better evaluated with the help of graphical models and the geographic information systems (GIS) as it will guarantee the flexibility of the analysis to the digital telecommunications cadastral systems.
