This article theoretically analyzes the essence of project management in the educational management system, its main principles, and advanced foreign experiences. The study highlights the role of project management in the governance of educational institutions, its importance in integrating strategic and operational development, and its potential for improving management effectiveness. In addition, based on the experience of Finland, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, the practical significance of the project-based approach in educational management is revealed through comparative analysis.
