Аннотация

This article analyzes the role and importance of psychological services in the process of adaptation of newly hired employees in organizations and institutions. The study highlights the social, professional and emotional aspects of psychological adaptation, and shows the impact of such services as psychological diagnostics, consulting, training and monitoring on employee productivity. According to practical observations, in organizations where psychological services are established, the adaptation period of new employees is reduced by an average of 25–30%, and staff turnover is reduced. The article scientifically highlights the possibilities of creating a healthy socio-psychological environment in the team and reducing professional stress through psychological services.
