Driver mutations in the JAK2, CALR, and MPL genes play a crucial role in the diagnosis of myeloproliferative disorders, enabling accurate identification of their type and exclusion of other diseases with similar symptoms. Purpose. To determine the role of driver gene mutations (JAK2, CALR, and MPL) in chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), including their significance in pathogenesis, diagnosis, and clinical management.
