Аннотация

This study examines the structure of media management processes and the implementation of media projects in Uzbekistan’s official mass media. It analyzes contemporary project management approaches in the media industry, identifies ways to enhance the effectiveness of official media, and explores strategies to strengthen public trust in information. The research also reviews international media management practices and assesses their applicability within the Uzbek media context. Based on the findings, the study highlights key challenges and proposes recommendations to improve media management efficiency, reinforce information policy, and ensure the successful execution of media projects amid digital transformation.
