Аннотация

Summary:Hemorrhagic shock is a critical condition caused by acute blood loss and characterized by systemic hypoperfusion and cellular hypoxia. Modern management increasingly relies on a pathophysiological understanding of shock progression rather than isolated correction of vital signs. This paper analyzes key pathophysiological mechanisms of hemorrhagic shock, including hypovolemia, oxygen debt, microcirculatory dysfunction, endothelial injury, and coagulopathy, and discusses their implications for contemporary management strategies. Emphasis is placed on early hemorrhage control, prevention of the lethal triad, and continuous assessment of tissue perfusion. A mechanism-based approach enables more precise clinical decision-making and improves patient outcomes.
