Аннотация
This article discusses the histological structure of the brain, including the cellular components of nervous tissue, gray and white matter, the layered organization of the cerebral cortex, and the principal functional characteristics of the brain. The brain is the central component of the central nervous system and is responsible for higher cognitive functions, sensory perception, motor control, memory, and thinking processes. The study of its histological structure plays a significant role in neurology and clinical medicine, particularly in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders.
