Аннотация

This article comprehensively analyzes the psychological and pedagogical aspects of developing a sense of patriotism in children in need of social protection. The study identifies the causes of identity crisis, social instability, emotional deprivation, and psychological adaptation problems observed in this category of children. It is scientifically proven that disruptions in the process of self-awareness negatively affect the formation of a sense of patriotism. The article proposes ways to eliminate existing problems through social support mechanisms, targeted educational programs, psychological counseling, and psychocorrectional methods. It also substantiates the effectiveness of pedagogical approaches aimed at the formation of national values, historical memory, and civic responsibility. The results of the study are of methodological and practical importance for social pedagogues, psychologists, and specialists in educational institutions.
