Аннотация
This article analyzes the theoretical foundations for developing professional competence of future teachers based on the concepts of digital mindfulness and digital well-being. In the modern digital environment, the widespread use of smartphones, social media, and digital platforms significantly affects individuals’ psychological state and overall well-being. Therefore, the issue of conscious and balanced use of digital technologies has become increasingly important. The study examines the essence of digital mindfulness and digital well-being, their role in the educational process, and their importance in shaping the professional competence of future teachers. It also highlights the impact of factors such as stress, information overload, and psychological pressure in the digital environment on students’ mental health. Digital mindfulness practices, including online counseling, digital learning tools, video and audio-based meditation, and psychological support services, play an important role in maintaining students’ mental stability. The results show that integrating digital mindfulness and digital well-being concepts into the educational process contributes to the development of professional competence among future teachers, supports their psychological well-being, and promotes effective and responsible use of digital technologies
