THE ROLE OF UZBEK FOLK HUMOROUS TALES AND GERMAN ANECDOTES IN TRANSLATION STUDIES

This article examines the development of Uzbek folk humorous tales (latifas) and anecdotes, their role in world literary translation studies, and their leading representative examples.
